Missing Data

Recent Tesla software updates have a bug that can cause tracking issues, like missing trips.

You can fix it by restarting the car: hold both scroll wheel buttons on the steering wheel until the screen turns off.
After restarting, data should resume tracking accurately.
If the issue persists, it means that Tesla isn't able to contact the car, which likely means that the car is outside of cellular reception.
