Automating an existing Shortcut

If you've already created a Shortcut, you can easily turn it into an automation.

1. Open the Shortcuts app and tap Automation in the bottom navigation
2. Tap Create Personal Automation and then configure your trigger
3. Tap Add Action > Apps > Shortcuts > Run Shortcut
4. Select your existing Shortcut and tap Next
5. Uncheck Ask Before Running
6. Tap Done

You're done! Your existing Shortcut is now automated.

Automation example: Start the climate and charge to 100% every weekday at 7AM

1. Open the Shortcuts app and tap Automation in the bottom navigation
2. Tap Create Personal Automation and tap Time of Day
3. Select 7AM, then select Weekly and deselect Saturday and Sunday
4. Tap Next
5. Tap Add Action > Apps > Tessie > Start Climate
6. Tap + > Apps > Tessie > Set Charge Limit and then set the charge limit to 100%
7. Tap Next and uncheck Ask Before Running
8. Tap Done

You're done! Your vehicle will now start the climate and start charging to 100% every weekday at 7AM.
