Virtual Key

Add Tessie's Virtual Key to your Tesla to enable secure, end-to-end encrypted communication over the internet.

Requirements

• Model 3, Y, Cybertruck, Semi or 2021+ Model S/X
• Settings > Connectivity > Next-Gen must be enabled

Enable Virtual Key

1. Open the Tesla app and select a vehicle
2. Visit tessie.com/key from your phone or desktop
3. The Tesla app will prompt you to add the key to your selected vehicle

After the key is added, it will be listed on the vehicle's Locks screen as tessie.com Fleet Key.
