Clicking or Humming Sounds

Tessie works by asking Tesla for data about your vehicle. When Tesla checks on the vehicle, it may prompt maintenance tasks, like calibrating the battery management system, uploading data to Tesla or charging the 12V battery.

You may hear clicking or humming sounds as the vehicle performs these tasks.

If these sounds and behaviors become repetitive and excessive, it's indicative that the 12V battery may need to be replaced.
