Missing Vehicles

If Tessie is displaying that there's no active vehicle in your account, you may have linked a Tesla account without any vehicles.

  1. Open the Tesla app, tap the profile icon and look at the email at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Open Tessie, tap Settings > Connectivity and make sure the email matches the email in the Tesla app.
  3. If it doesn't, tap Switch Tesla Account and use the email listed in your Tesla app.
