Missing Vehicles

If a vehicle is missing in your account, you probably linked a different Tesla account than the one being used in your Tesla app.

  1. Click here to log out of Tesla's website
  2. Open the Tesla app, tap the menu icon and read the email under your name
  3. In Tessie, select Settings > Connectivity > Switch Tesla Account and use the same email
  4. Tap Sync to sync your vehicles
