Missing Subscription

If you've already subscribed to Tessie, but the app or website is asking you to subscribe, then you've likely signed in with a different email.

  1. Try signing in with the email you may have used previously.
  2. Search your email inboxes for previous emails from Tessie and see which email they were sent to.
