Missing Subscription
If you've already subscribed to Tessie but it's not being recognized, here's what to do:
- Tap Restore on the plans screen.
- Try signing in with another email address you may have used previously.
- Search your inboxes for emails from Tessie and make sure you're signed into the same address those emails were sent to.
