Missing Subscription

If you've already subscribed to Tessie but your subscription isn't recognized, it likely means you've logged into the wrong account.

Solutions

  • Tap Restore at the bottom of the plans screen
  • Try signing in with another email address you may have used previously
  • Search your inboxes for emails from Tessie and make sure you're signed into the same address those emails were sent to
  • If you're still having trouble, contact us and we'll be happy to help
