Transfer Subscription License

Tessie subscription licenses are linked to you, not your vehicle. This makes it easy to transfer your subscription to any vehicle you own now or in the future.

To transfer a subscription license, archive your old vehicle and unarchive the new one:

Using the app

1. Tap Fleet > Active and select your original vehicle
2. Tap Archive to deactivate it
3. Tap Fleet > Archived and select your new vehicle
4. Tap Unarchive to activate it

Using the web dashboard

1. In the left-hand menu, select the arrows next to the vehicle's name
2. Click the info circle next to the original vehicle's name
3. Choose Archive to deactivate it
4. Repeat this process for your new vehicle and select Unarchive to activate it
