Tesla Account Disconnections

If you receive an email notice to connect your Tesla account, it means Tesla has revoked the account authorization.

This can happen for three reasons:

  1. Changing your Tesla account password or other settings
  2. Temporary Tesla authorization server issues
  3. The same Tesla account is being used on multiple Tessie accounts

For security, Tesla requires your Tesla account to be used on only one Tessie account at a time.
