About Drivers
You can use Tessie to add, remove and schedule up to five additional drivers. Additional drivers can unlock, access, and drive the vehicle.
How to manage drivers
Using the app: Tap your vehicle's name and select Drivers.
Using the web dashboard: Click the info circle next to your vehicle's name and select Drivers.
How to invite a new driver
- Select Add Driver to generate an invitation link
- (Optional) Set an expiration date for the invitation
- Send the link to the driver via email or text
How to remove a driver
- Select the driver
- Select Remove Driver
How to schedule driver removal
Tessie lets you schedule a driver for automatic removal, which is especially useful for rentals or temporary access.
- Select the driver
- Select Never Expires to set an expiration date
